You MUST register with the ATO as an Employer of WHM’s.

The Employee needs to be set up as follows:-
Q0. Tax Category: H
Q8. Foreign Resident Tick
Country Code: 2 character Country code in lower case, ie Brazil = br
Income Stream WHM (will be set as a result of the 'H' in Q0)
You can confirm that it is set up correctly as the Tax scale = 32.
