Sales Orders:

  • create sales orders for immediate delivery/invoicing
  • copy a sales order to create new order for the same or a different client
  • assign to a project and/or group filter-fields
  • multiple print formats
  • assign a hyper-linked document
  • browse sales orders, and apply Query filter for exception review:e.g. outstanding orders for a particular rep; delivered orders for a branch that have not been invoiced
  • vary client invoice address: e.g. invoices for a finance company; delivery address for cash sales
  • sell from a branch with stock sourced from another; at invoice time a stock transfer is first generated to transfer the stock to the selling branch, and then the invoice is processed
  • multiple kit/route to create detail elements, or blocks of text
  • detail lines added wt a sequence number:
  • line positions can be changed
  • lines can be added between other lines
  • price look-up of client history for a particular item
  • any (practical) number of comment lines
  • order memo field that can be printed as a preamble sheet

Pricing Discounts:

Sales

  • account discount which is global for a client, or discount by product group, or range of product groups
  • discount applies to a nominated stock price level
  • create discount profile groups and assign clients
  • create unique client profile or to contain exceptions to a group profile

Quantity-Break

  • five break-point discounts
  • use negative discount to cater for price mark-up for broken packs

Settlement

  • discount based on payment by due-date:  deducted from payment
  • discount based on payment by due date:  processed as a credit

  • The base sell prices (1 – 4) can be changed in advance.

Invoicing:
