Reprint Payslips to PDF

You need to email Payslips for an employee for an apprenticeship subsidy claim (or similar). They won’t accept payroll summary reports.

The employee normally receives their Payslip via email.

Instructions

From the Payroll Main Menu:-

Select File - Print Setup

Choose the ‘Microsoft Print to PDF’ as your printer. If that particular one doesn’t appear, use the local pdf printer, there will be one available.

 

Click OK to return to the Main menu

 Now from the Report’s Menu - Payslips

 

Enter the relevant details, in this example we are printing a single employee’s Payslips from Pay Period 30 to 41, which is Run No. 1230 to 1241.

Change the Form # to ‘10’

Payslip Format ‘10’ is the same as Format ‘2' Email Payslip, but without the 'E' email filter. This allows you to print a Payslip for an employee that normally receives an email.

Click ‘Print’ & select your Output, in this case PDF is appropriate

In the file dialog, change the folder you wish to save the pdf into & enter a filename. Click Save.

Your Payslips will now be saved into that location.
