When dealing with large Pack / Cut to Length Inventories being able to simply update and Label a Pack whilst in the warehouse is vital.

From the Home page of the Warehouse Module, click on Packs,

Packs Menu Item

The following Screen is a list of all Pack / Cut to Length items within the Branch.

You can sort by any column, Item or Pack ID are the most obvious. By clicking on a sort Column, the locator Entry field is displayed.

QR / BarCode Scanner

If your Packs are Labeled, you can scan the QR code to select the Pack entry.

Cheap Bluetooth Scanners can be linked to the warehouse Tablets.

You can update almost anything on the Page

Transactions

List of all transactions on this Pack. In this case there is only the initial entry.

In this example, we are going to scrap the remain stock.

We do this be creating a New Cut.

NOTE, this does not currently create a Stock Transfer, this needs to be done in Minder.

You can print a standard 4x6 label for each Pack

Click Print

This label is Configurable

If you don’t have a Label printer available, print to A4 & attach to the pack as appropriate.
