Heat Certificates - Sending after Dispatch
You may have a situation where the Order has been dispatched via Warehouse Connect, but not all the Heat Certificates were entered into Minder in time.
Provided the heat Certificate numbers were recorded when the goods were picked, you can email the complete Heat Certificate Bundle later.
Create the Heat Certificate Bundle pdf
From the Sales Order - Tab 7 - Delivery Dockets
Select the Delivery Docket you are wanting the Heat Certificate bundle for & click on Heat No.
If Heat Certificates had been recorded during Despatch, then the Certificate Bundle will be displayed as a pdf.
To Email:-
Select WC / HC and then Email
You will then be in the standard Minder Email screen, with the Heat Bundle already attached.
A copy of the Delivery Docket will also be attached.
