Internal Branch Stock Transfer To/From Indent

 

Stock Transfer is raise in Minder:-

  • You still need an email address. This is normally the person initiating the transfer.

Complete the Detail Lines as normal  (1st line as a negative, being stock coming out), the 'Copy Br' to complete the other side of the transfer.

At this Point, you can 'Release to Store'.

Confirmation that the Transfer Request is with WHC

Delivery Docket has been assigned. 

Status is now 'RW'     =    Request -> Warehouse

Warehouse Connect

The transfer Request will appear in Browse All Orders in WHC.

The General Tab shows that this is a BR - BI transfer.

The transfer is processed the same was a a Normal Sales Order:-

Line items are Picked and the 'Pick Done - Waiting' is Ticked Yes.

We select the Consignment truck as normal

The ONLY DIFFERENCE is we use the 'Internal Only' transport, and we don't need to enter anything for the load details. 

Click on Create New Consignment

Followed by ‘Completed - Send DelDkt’

Procedure Complete
