Query Filter - Contains

Having trouble trying to run a specific query for works orders

In the reference field of works orders we put either an A (assy) , B (basalt) or a C (ceramic) , or a combination of the 3 in alphabetical order e.g. AB, ABC , indicating what work is involved with the works orders.

Can you please help me out with how I should indicate this in the refence field of the query.

To display those containing a 'C', ie 'C', 'AC', 'BC'
