This example is updating Debtors from MaaSomething to MaaZZZZZZZZ, that are in the GEM buying group. The new Price list is in Contract Price Profile ‘ZGEM / G9 G8’.
You may not need to restrict to a particular range of Debtor accounts of course, and not do the entire Buying Group at the one time, the choice is yours.
Clicking on ‘CHG GrpContract Profile’ will update the selected Debtors to use the new Contract Price List.
