We can get a print out of the outstanding DD's as follows:-
- - Main Menu
- - Purchases
- - Transactions
- - Match Invoices to Delivery Dockets
- - Enter the Period (which this month is 1417)
- - Click on Aged List &
- - Open Items Only
So we have a difference of 42,289.01 - 41787.11 = 501.90
This can either be ignored for now, or cleared off to a COS account.
