We compare the actual to the GL.
GL Account is :- (in this case) AC1328 -42,289.01
We can get a print out of the outstanding DD's as follows:-
- Main Menu
- Purchases
- Transactions
- Match Invoices to Delivery Dockets
- Enter the Period (which this month is 1417)
- Click on Aged List &
- Open Items Only
So we have a difference of 42,289.01 - 41787.11 = 501.90
This can either be ignored for now, or cleared off to a COS account.
