We can get a print out of the outstanding DD's as follows:-

• Main Menu

• Purchases

• Transactions

• Match Invoices to Delivery Dockets

• Enter the Period (which this month is 1417)

• Click on Aged List &

• Open Items Only

Total is on the last page

So we have a difference of 42,289.01 - 41787.11 = 501.90

This can either be ignored for now, or cleared off to a COS account.
