Remote Support

A new Support tool has been added to Minder.

When you need support, a new Menu item is available from the Main Menu.

Main Menu - Utilities - Remote Support

Open

This loads up the security screen, you will need to give this number & password to the Minder Report Support person, who will then be able to log in & provide assistance.
