Punchclock - Auto Hours Resolution

You can select from 4 levels of accuracy / rounding when setting up the Time Rules.

• 15 minutes (default)

• 10 minutes

• 5 minutes

• 1 minute

What does this mean in practice.

A team member Punches In at 6:23am and Punches Out at 16:45pm.

• 16:33pm = 16.75

• 06:22am = 06.367

• Lunch = 0.5 hrs

16.75 - 6.367 - 0.5 = 9.883 clocked hours

The Auto-Calc Resolution is set in the Time Rules section and allows you to have different Resolutions for each branch if required.
