• Snap-shot ranges of customer class/groups or area/buying group
• Snap-shot for reps
• Overdue sales orders, sales orders due beyond 31 days, nil-stock content of sales orders, value of sales orders for which nil stock and no purchases orders
• Delivery performance – early/late by days and percentage
• Purchase on-order and price per unit weight
• Product groups
• Work orders by due date and daily load
