Each Employee belongs to a Location. Each Location has standard start / stop / break times for each day of the week.

Supervisor’s ‘end of Week’ review of hours.

The supervisor can change / add entries as required.

 

The system knows which day the entry is for, and the standard hrs for that day.
Auto assign Ord Time / Over time based on Location Time Rules
Summary of Hours, which can be exported to Xls & Emailed.
Summary in Excel
Emailing of Summary Hrs to Payroll (info only, Payroll transfer doesn’t use this file)
